Four categories of products: electric heating alloys, high temperature corrosion-resistant alloys, welding materials, pure nickel

Expansion Alloys

Basic Properties: Expansion alloys are divided into low-expansion alloys and constant-expansion alloys, the latter also known as sealing alloys. In addition to having a specific thermal expansion coefficient, expansion alloys are required to have good sealing performance, weldability, corrosion resistance, machinability, and free-cutting properties depending on their intended use. They must not undergo phase changes that significantly alter their expansion characteristics within the operating temperature range. These products are generally available in the form of rods, plates, strips, wires, and tubes.

Soft Magnetic Alloys

Basic Properties: Soft magnetic alloys are magnetic alloys that are easily magnetized under an external magnetic field and lose their magnetic induction intensity once the external field is removed. The term "soft" refers to the ease with which these materials can be magnetized, exhibiting "soft" magnetic properties. Soft magnetic alloys include low-carbon electrical steel, Armco iron, silicon steel sheets, nickel-iron soft magnetic alloys, iron-cobalt soft magnetic alloys, and iron-silicon-aluminum soft magnetic alloys, etc.

Electric heating alloy

Basic Properties: Ni-Cr alloy excellent comprehensive properties and is the first choice for making high-quality resistance electric heating elements. It has a series of advantages such as good anti-oxidizability, high strength, non-magnetism, good corrosion resistance and weldability, and no softening. When used for a long time, no deformation and extensibility in permanent. The value of resistance is stable and has minimum changes.
